Telephone




Today marks the third day I've been downloading the Adobe Creative Suite on my computer. That's a very long time for a program to download. I've been patient (patience is a virtue, right?), but I knew something needed to be done. So, I called Customer Service/Technical Support to see if there was a feasible solution to my downloading dilemma. The phone call time ended up being 51 minutes. I'm patient.
However, the only solution I received was to cancel the download I've been working on for three days and start over. So, I did. Now my download is almost completed. It's taken 2 hours.

The moral of the story: Patience is a virtue, but sometimes action is necessary. Even if it takes 51 minutes on the phone with Technical Support.
