Morgan Freeman

Two days ago I mentioned my Bucket List (every time I say those two words I think about Morgan Freeman). In 2006, I created mine after watching that movie and I've completed some of the items on the list. Overall, they are all simple...nothing too wild (i.e. playing basketball with the president). Didn't those guys from the MTV show actually get to shoot some hoops with President Obama? They have some drive, don't they?

Anyway, I think I'll share my old bucket list and maybe add some more to it. By the way, I think my list is more of a "Long-Term To-Do List." And, here we go:

1. Graduate College (check)
2. Live in NYC
3. Live by myself
4. Get Married
5. Have 3 kids
6. Buy my own car
7. Go on a cruise (check)
8. Visit all 50 states
9. Go on a road trip
10. Witness to people
11. Hear the State of the Union Address in person
12. Be an aunt (CHECK)
13. Travel to a foreign country (check)
14. Drive a stick shift
15. Meet a celebrity (check...kind of)
16. Fly 1st Class
17. Kiss in the rain
18. Publish a poem or write a book
19. Dye my hair black (check...kind of)
20. Pierce my ears (check)
21. Buy my parents something expensive
22. Learn sign language
23. Visit Biggersville High School
24. Read the entire Bible
25. Kill a deer (I know, I know)
26. Go on a mission trip
27. Adopt a pet
28. Sing Karaoke (even though I would be terrified)
29. Make a difference

There may be some new additions in the future. I know my list is simple, but that's just my style.

Simply,

Court

P.S.
I keep a journal for my sweet Olivia and she has a page set aside for her own "Bucket List." Right now, I think it might consist of the following:

1. Learn how to say CoCo
2. Finally get into Poochie's cage (she tries so hard)
3. Tear up Gamma's Dr. Phil book
4. Give mama a full night's rest
5. Tell the whole family I'm tired of Wobble Wobbling and to please teach me something else.
